The
Bundeswehr Federal Defense (BFD) in Germany is famous military
training school, which gives vocational and educational training to
the soldiers. The Federal defense Forces in Germany was formed on 4
Jan 1956 however got the official name BFD Bundeswehr on 11 December
1995 on the 200th birthday of Scharnhorst.

The
BFD Bundeswehr consists of unified armed forces of Germany and their

further divided into military as well as civil part which may not
exceed a strength of 370, 000. These armed forces have developed a
tight knit network of vocational training and further training as
part of military occupational specialty training.
The
increased responsibility of Germany in international affairs is due
to the implications for role and mission that the Bundeswehr is
assigned, the way it is structured and the equipment it is issued.

The
self-image of Bundeswehr service members and trainees are changing
nowadays and they are acquiring new image. I met a girl who was
dreaming of joining Bundeswehr since her college days. Her mother was
dead against a female joining BFD. Her mother tried her level best to
divert her mind but all the efforts gone in vain. She was a sports
freak since her college days and she always wanted to join forces.
Mostly the uniforms of BFD Bundeswehr attracted her, so she continued
to join the courses to the Vocational Training service of the
Bundeswehr ( in

Apart
from BFD, there are other vocational advancement centers, which
provide Vocational Advancement Services. One of the famous Centers is
in Brighton, previously known as Vocational Adjustment Centre. Others

Community Services, established in 1982. It is a non-profit
organization which provides services to adults with disabilities who
are 18 years or older.
